How do I send the order?
The best possible way to send your order is via email at discover3dprints3011@gmail.com along with a brief explanation of your 3D print. You can attach an STL file or an image of what you want. To avoid confusion, please send a proper explanation.
Can I get refunds?
No refunds please.
Where can I pick up my product?
You can pick up your product at The UPS Store on 2880 Queen St E, Brampton, L6S6E8 or we can ship it to you for a small shipping fee.
Can you do a custom order?
Yes, you can email us a brief explanation of what you would like and/or an image. You can also attach an STL or OBJ 3D model of what you want (recommended).
